Sleep teaching, sleep training, or whatever you want to call it, can be so challenging, especially if you have kids like ours who didn't sleep through the night after a few months. Add to the mix, different parenting ideas (Cry It Out, Ferber Method) on how best to get your child to sleep, combined with your own lack of sleep, pumping in the middle of the night, and the transition from 3 naps to 2, equals a fun time.
